All vendors must check in at HQ/Registation before proceeding to your spaces.
- Make sure you set up in the correct spaces. If you set up in someone elses spaces, you will have to MOVE. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS! If you have any doubt as to the location of your spaces, seek out a rally official for help.
- All your items MUST fit within the boundries of your space(s). Buy enough space to contain them before arriving at the rally. NO ADDITIONAL SPACE WILL BE SOLD ON SITE.
- If you intent to attend the rally to sell items, you must make a reservation. NO SPACES WILL BE SOLD ON SITE.
Securing Structures On The Pavement
The vendor area is located on an asphalt paved parking lot. No stakes, pins, or other ground fastening devices may be driven or imbedded into the pavement. If you need to erect a tent or canopy, you must provide an alternate method of securing the structure in place.
As a suggested alternate method, a water filled drywall bucket can be used as a point tie down. A five-gallon bucket of water weights approximately 40 pounds, and the water can be dumped when you get ready to leave. A concrete block also weighs about 40 pounds, but you have to transport it and it adds extra weight to your cargo load. Water will be available on site.
Vendor Websites
Let us know if you have a website that you wish to publicize. A link to your website will be added on our Vendor Websites Directory page and to your listing in the Section Vendor Directory.
Vendor Packets
Vendor packets will be available for vendors that pre-register by May 5th, 2006 at HQ/Registation when you check in. The vendor packet will contain your nametags, vehicle pass(es), and vendor directory. Additional items may be in the vendor packets as available
If you are bringing a vehicle to be judged check in with the staff at the Judging Field Office when you arrive to register your vehicle and receive instructions on the judging procedure.
If you wish to distribute your company or personal advertising materials to other vendors at the rally in our vendor packets, or leave advertising material at the HQ/Registration Shack for the public, please contact our Registration Chairman, Anja Taylor.
